Mentorship/Guidance Sessions
Mentorship and Guidance sessions offer a unique, intuitive approach to personal growth and life transformation. Unlike traditional therapy, these sessions focus on providing you with deeper clarity, insight, and practical tools to navigate life’s challenges from a place of inner wisdom. The focus of these sessions are not based on a mental health diagnosis and often go beyond the bounds that are sometimes found in traditional therapy sessions.
Through intuitive reflection, I guide you in connecting with your own inner knowing and help you align with your true purpose and desires. These sessions are designed for those seeking spiritual guidance, personal development, or support in making important life decisions. Together, we’ll explore your goals, challenges, and aspirations, helping you tap into your innate power to create positive change.
While therapy usually requires a mental health diagnosis and focuses on healing emotional wounds and mental health, Mentorship and Guidance sessions are focused on empowerment, growth, and finding your path forward. If you’re ready to step into a more empowered version of yourself and receive intuitive insights that can guide your next steps, these sessions are for you.
